Locates and Permits

Our staff will arrange to have all locates cleared and permits approved for the project, where necessary.  Once this is done, the work can begin.

Excavation

Utilizing our range of efficient equipment, we execute precise excavation work and swift and efficient removal of materials and debris from the site, facilitating a seamless transition to grading.

Forming & Gravel Base

Our skilled team ensures that the forming and sub-base are meticulously prepped according to the specific requirements outlined in your job booking, guaranteeing a solid foundation for your concrete or asphalt. To enhance structural integrity and longevity, we meticulously lay wire mesh or rebar over the prepared base, reinforcing the concrete for years of durability. For asphalt, we allow the gravel base to sit and harden before paving, ensuring a compacted & sound base.

Concrete Placement

Our experienced team carefully pours, screeds, and levels the concrete, ensuring optimal flatness and smoothness. To achieve your desired finish, we utilize retarder and release agents, expertly applying them to achieve the desired aesthetic outcomes.

Cutting and Washing

Each concrete surface undergoes thorough washing and precise cutting, incorporating adequate spacing and depth to accommodate expansion.

Sealing

For stamped, exposed, or coloured concrete, we apply a meticulous coat of concrete sealer. This not only enhances the concrete’s true colour but also acts as a resilient protective barrier against environmental elements, safeguarding it from the impact of rain and sun exposure.
